My Next Trip to America - 2009
I want to share with you that I have been invited to visit America again next April, in 2009. A friend of our ministry invites African pastors to attend this big conference in New York each year. I also hope to visit some friends and share what God has done last last year when I fundraising for urgent church needs.
Prayer Requests:
Our hosts will provide accommodation, but each pastor must cover their own travel and visa costs to get there. Please pray that I will be able to obtain the visa and a return ticket now, as in April they will cost $1,600-1,800 US, but right now visa would cost only $300.
Our current plans are to share with friends and pray for the funds to be raised to purchase land for the PMC headquarters are to be built. Our present facilities are very small. Beyond the property needed, we have three main areas of financial burden;
Pastor's house
Transportation (vehicles)
Monthly support for our PMC pastors in poor rural areas
Any funds I may receive in America, I will share with our local pastors to cover the rental of facilities for their small churches, and their own living accommodations. I do pray that God will raise up supporters who will sponsor the individual pastors. (As we are able, we will put up profiles of these needy pastors on this website, so you may get to know them).
When God provides for the visa and return air ticket (Step one), I will make arrangements to turn my contacts list over to our Tour-Fundraising Organizer, so a tour of visits can be arranged in America. Those who would offer to host me, would pay for my travel to their location.
I would plead for your prayers and assistance, for Kibaha is fast becoming a larger centre, and the Pentecostal Missionary Church wants to grow and expand to other parts of West Africa. (In January I will officiate at the first PMC Church in Togoland). We want to have strong strategies as we work for the Lord's return.
I am waiting to hear from you soon!

Remembering a Good Supporter
Mrs. Rose Goodman, a co-founder of World Missionary Press, hosting Pastor Gervase Masanja in Paris, back in 2004. Pastor Gervase served as a national coordinator for the World Missionary Press for five years. Mrs. Goodman has since passed on to her reward in Heaven. We pray often for God to raise ups more such faithful supporters and encouragers.
